Allison received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from Montserrat College of Art. In 2013, Allison left her position as Creative Director with the Royal Bank of Scotland to lead the creative and sales effort for the multi-use skincare company LIMEGREEN, creating nontoxic, vegan, natural skincare products for the multicultural community. During Allison’s time with LIMEGREEN, the company was featured in Cosmo, Essence, Esquire, Parade, and Glamour and on The Today Show and Project Runway: Fashion Startup. As an entrepreneur, Allison has received fellowships from Good Work Institute in Kingston, New York and Impact HUB/Eileen Fisher. She often lends her creativity to organizations focused on social impact, entertainment, politics, and the arts, creating eye-catching pitch decks, expansive visual campaigns, brand identities, and documentary-style films.

Allison worked closely with AKA NYC, an independent creative and media agency focusing on culture and entertainment, on creating promotional artwork for The Edge NYC, observation deck in Mid-town Manhattan; The Frick Collection; and The Metropolitan Museum of Art as well as for Broadway performances, including Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (U.S. and global); Company; and Girl from the North Country. She helped create new brand identities for Baldwin for the Arts, founded by writer Jacqueline Woodson, and Loveland Group and its subsidiaries, founded by influencer Rachel Cargle. Allison is a co-founder of DEFIND, a small, equity-centered communications and marketing firm working with nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, most recently partnering with Opportunity Fund in Pittsburgh, PA on their Process Book: Building on Trust, a new type of annual report. Allison lives in the Hudson Valley area of New York with her partner, two kids, and three unruly dogs.
