I was raised in the Bedford-Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn, NY where families from all backgrounds helped to raise richly-cultured future generations who continue to nurture and uplift the community’s storied past. Those stories grounded me in what was possible no matter the struggle ahead — they became a trusted friend to rely on for guidance and security.
Through sharing and amplifying our stories, we can foster a deeper connection and inspire meaningful change.
Because of this, I am most passionate about listening to people's stories and translating them to connect deeply with a wide, diverse audience. Stories help connect us, change minds, push individuals to see their shared values and inspire us to give the biggest parts of ourselves to help better lives for others beyond the communities we see.

2nd Annual Summit Display Wall
One for Justice
Los Angeles, CA – April 2025
One for Justice hosted a major convening in Los Angeles to showcase the great strides made over the past 20 years to massively slash incarceration in CA.
The creative task was to design a compelling event design element that gives attendees big headlines and facts that demonstrate the Criminal Justice landscape, especially in California, the nation's leader in CJ reform.

Annual Report
Opportunity Fund
Pittsburgh, PA – March 2024
In creating the Opportunity Fund’s annual report, the approach was to show how important it has been to build and maintain strong relationships with their community and grant partners. The concept of creating a process book, Building on Trust: Our Process of Cultivating Relationships of Reciprocity, as their annual report helped to push forward the intentionality of collaborative, trust-based relationships and the willingness to shift in the direction of community-led solutions.

Tenth ANNIVERSARY Event
Opportunity Fund
Pittsburgh, PA – February 2025
For the Opportunity Fund’s 10-year celebration, we leaned further into trust-based community relationships. The goal of creating an event based on the idea of Collective Dreaming was to highlight the deep partnerships the Opportunity Fund has developed with its local grantee partners. The visuals for the anniversary celebration centered around the merging of ideas and dreams to create a space where all concepts can collect and become a breeding ground for creativity. The elements that helped push this concept forward were: the branding of the digital invitation showing the space between the people and the clouds, a "DREAM” wall that allowed for the collection of handwritten ideas, guided speeches, large-format branded signs, cloud signs that shared the Opportunity Fund’s Values, inspirational handouts and table tents.
Crime Survivors for Safety and Justice
Three-day event: survivors speak tenth anniversary
Sacramento, CA – April 2023
We created an immersive VIP room featuring California’s Attorney General Robert Bonta, California’s First Partner Jennifer Newsom, and some of Crime Survivors for Safety and Justice’s key partners. Through stationed videos, vertical infographics, and illustrative wall skins, we guided participants through a gallery of the organization’s most impactful stories, marches, and media moments. The immersive room was praised for its impact and compared to the feeling of walking through the Legacy Museum, making it one of the highlights of the weekend.

Alliance for Safety and Justice
ASJ Tenth Anniversary Celebration
This event highlighted Alliance for Safety and Justice’s chapter leaders and leadership team, moderated by ASJ board member: screenwriter and producer Malcolm Spellman. It was a powerful moment to showcase ASJ’s collective achievements in pushing forward vital policies. We wrapped the walls with infographics, created a photo gallery room (to connect our members’ stories through the extensive work they do in their communities), and developed a digital touchscreen timeline that showcased rarely shown archived videos, press conferences, and other media moments.
